Coulda been a lot better

There was always a problem with TV movies that followed big screen hits. You ended up with the wrong actors and just plain bad scripts. The only thing that held this movie up was Eddie Albert. He was put there to add some of the flavor of the original. But it didn't make this movie great. The two kid actors just didn't fit the part. Knowing that the original Tony and Tia were still fairly young at the time, I would have rather seen them in this movie.
