Mine would have to be Yugi vs Kaiba III (Battle City duel)
so epic...it had a big time feel with the stadium and all

Atem vs. Yugi (both DOOM and the very last duel...soooo sad)
Joey vs. Valon
Joey v.s Yugi (Battle City)
Kaiba and Yugi vs. Dartz

...can't really decide on just one =/

Yugi vs. Kaiba. Both comic and cartoon versions.
While I'm not as big of a fan as I used to be, I'll admit that that battle was pretty nice. Never dismiss hope... and gallons of friendship.
