About Mad Dog's 4kids dub voice?

What annoys me about GX is Mad Dog's 4Kids dub Voice
Hes acting like a man child and sound like a child as well
Hes so annoying during the 4kids dub

Oh 4Kids, can't you think of a better voice besides that?
