Who exactly was responsible for this beautiful cinematography.

what i find to be the most beautiful thing about werckmeister is its cinematography, i can watch the whole movie without any subtitle (do not understand a word of hungarian) not understanding a word and still enjoy this movie going through scene after scene of exquisite camera work.
i see there are multiple people credited in cinematography section, but surely there must be one guy who controlled the scheme of things..is it bela tarr himself?
