English Subtitled Version

Hi,

I saw this movie when it was screened in Australia in 2003. At the time it was shown in French with English subtitles. Does anyone know where I can locate this DVD with English subtitles.

Many Thanks

ohh that sucks. i have had that problem before. when i download something that turns out to have no subtitles i go to www.subbiee.com and look for subtitles (there are heaps of subtitles there) but ive already checked and there are'nt any for this film. maybe with luck you might find a movie script on google that you could match up with it or find somebody else who has the dvd on the net and see if they can send you the subtitle file. if u get the subtitles, you just add the subtitles and match them up with the timing of the video using a program like URUSoft Subtitle Workshop and VirtualDubMod. It took me about an hour once to get the subtitle timing right on a 2 hour movie but most of the time the timing is right anyway so you don't have to do any editing and you just save it to a new video file.

good luck :) i might go to the effort of downloading it and then make new subtitles myself. if i do get around to it, i'll let you know.

i found subtitles for this movie that you could match to the video you downloaded. the downside is that they are in croatian language, however with a bit of searching i'm sure you can find a site that will let you translate the subtitles to english.

anyway, just search for poucet at www.subscene.com (you have to register for free and login to download it).
