I haven't seen much of the show so I want to know, if they don't they should.

The regular Naked News with the girls, I have watched it on Pay-Per-View before. (Not sure where it plays regularly though)
But Naked News Daily Male (the one with the guys), I have watched it on OutTV.

No, they are only nude in the studio. When they go out in public to do interviews (on the scene as u put it) they are clothed or in the case of the male edition, may be shirtless but always have something on below the waist.
