when he's on about NyQuil he says "Say hello to Klaus".Who's that?

the husband of Sunny Von Bulow. He was accused years ago of trying to kill his wife.

Klaus VonBulow claims he had taken NyQuil the night his wife was murdered, so he possibly could not of committed the act. NyQuil knocks you out. He was aquitted.
