Would Fisher and Fisher accept Matthew Gilardi's funeral if he died?

That annoying guy Matthew Gilardi who was working for Kroehner Service Internationa and trying to put the Fishers out of business but that got fired by Mitzi in Season Two, Kroehner ultimately went bankrupt and out of business and that ended them as a threat.

It would have been poetic justice to see Matthew Gilardi or Mitzi die in an accident and have their family turn to Fisher and Fisher because they knew were a funeral home, then the Fishers get to have a laugh at their expense and ruin the job to have revenge, would have been too sweet.

Unless they declined to do the funeral for them.

That would've been a cool storyline, but I don't think the Fishers would've done anything for revenge. First, I just don't think they'd be that way about it, the high road would get the better of them. They would just use it to reflect on the fragility of the business. The closest I think they'd get would be asking for the Rolodex. Because to fudge the job on purpose would've been horrible for their own business as well, because the word would get out.
