Brutal Cage Match

The Hulk Hogan/King Kong Bundy cage match from Wrestlemania II is one of the most brutal and believable cage matches I have ever seen. Back in the 80s, the steel cage wasn't used as much as it has been used in recent years. Cage matches were important back then.

Looking back on this match, Hogan and Bundy looked like they were fighting to the death, like two gladiator's. I've always been good at suspending my disbelief so when I watched that back in 1986, it honestly looked like King Kong Bundy wanted to totally destroy Hulk Hogan.

There have been a lot of good cage matches in the WWF/E, but this was one of the best I have ever seen.

it was the first time someone was busted open in wrestlemania so yeah it was an experience on its own especially back then
