The villagers?
Is it to be implied that the villagers "have their way" with Beatrice after they get her liqoured up?

Noooo. At least I don't believe so. I think they undressed her like that to make her more of an "offering" to the monster.
shareYes, the monster says they give her female presents.
That was right before she forgot she was mad at him
for killing her guy.
I don't understand why they felt it was necessary to get her drunk. She'd asked them to take her to see the monster, or at least to where they took the film crew, anyway.
de gustibus non est disputandum
What I got from the villagers was that they had a history of sacrificing alcohol -- and females, when outsiders were available -- to the monster for appeasement, but that they were ashamed of what they did to Beatrice.
