Hilarious sight gag I just noticed..

Wow, I've watched this great little film too many times to even
have counted, and here it is at about 5am in the middle of
a blizzard, can't sleep, and for the FIRST time I spotted this
cute little gag the prop/wardrobe folks put in..
This is near the beg. where the monster has made the tape that
will make it's way back to Beatrice. He rows back to shore and
momentarily terrorizes the hooplehead villagers while they sit
in their "bar", i.e. blowing flames at the one villagers feet,
tearing off the door, and finally lifting the building up and
then howling at them all as they crouch in fear. It's at this
moment that if you look at the monster as he's doing all this,
what is in reality some seaweed appears stuck to his arm, but
as he walks away from the cabin back to his boat I could swear
it looks like he has a "No Pest Strip" hanging off of him!
Whether or not this was their intention, I don't know, but
if you're not watching up close, it sure looks like one, and
it looks like they put some effort into sticking it onto his
sleeve.
Anyway, this films requires you to have your imagination
cranked up to the point that everything is open to the viewer,
and it sure gave me a giggle or two there for a moment...

Non è vero, ma è ben trovato

I'm sure it's sea weed, but it would have added a nice touch if it really was fly paper.
