Episode Confusion...

I own the Arthur C Clarke Collection DVDs that was released by Time Life in Australia a few years back(region 4 Pal)set.And was looking at the Mysterious Universe episodes list and it only has 26 episodes? Now i have read on some other websites that the new (region 1)(VEI)collection set of the Mysterious Universe has 43 episodes? And looking at Wikipedia it also states that Mysterious Universe has 43 episodes,so I'm confused here... Can anyone help clarify this confusion,on why these two collections have different amount of episodes? Or could it just be a mistake by Wikipedia and others?
