Deserving victims?

Are there any stories where you think someone deserved to be killed or at least don't feel bad for the victim? In one case, a woman and her husband plotted to frame four other men for rape and sexual harassment. They were going to file a lawsuit to try to get a big settlement. The woman was double-crossed and killed by her husband. I don't necessarily think she deserved to die, but I don't feel bad for her.

I have no sympathy for Larry McClanahan, the trucker who was murdered at an Ohio truck stop in 2000. In the FF episode "Sole Survivor," it was mentioned that he had previously served time in prison for sexually assaulting his nephew. McClanahan was killed by Dennis Salerno, who had also killed his wife Michelle Salerno, and tried in vain to get away with both crimes by claiming that McClanahan killed Michelle and that he killed McClanahan in self-defense.

Bobby Kane (the episode: "Payback") deserved what he got.

Hi,

I don't feel sorry for the 17 year old boy who swindled people who purchased CB Radios from him. Sure, the man who killed him overreacted. He could have just reported him to Ebay or what other service he was using, but the kid really was an a-hole, IMO.

I also don't feel sorry for Jason McQuiggan in 'The Gambler'(not sure how to spell his name). I think he deliberately took advantage of his 'friend' because he saw him as a harmless kid who wouldn't retaliate if he was ripped off.

And finally, the woman who planned with her husband to set up 4 innocent men on charges of rape, lured a man to her home and was killed herself by her husband.

Murder was not the answer in any of these cases but it's hard to feel sorry for some people at times.

"Treading Not So Lightly". Mom lets little girl play in parking lot of busy newspaper delivery depot. Kid accidently gets run over by carrier backing out. Mom hires "tire tread expert" and finds "culprit". Big lawsuit w/ $750,000.00 payout. Why is mom held blameless?

reply

I'm not sure why the mom was held blameless, either. She was at least guilty of criminal neglect or endanger, net or something.

Right...and now she's portrayed as a heroic amateur sleuth who sees a future for herself in the study of forensics. She's milking it...and she's the most guilty.
