A Novel Idea, confiction overturned

Michael Peterson was granted a new trial in 2011 but no where can I find the results of that new trial. Did the prosecutors decide not to retry him after conviction overturned?

Apparently one of the forensic experts was found to have committed fraud to get convictions. And the original prosecutor was disbarred after the case of lacrosse players falsely accused of rape.
