Stop teaching us how to get away with crimes.

These shows are just tutorials on how to cover up murders. We get it. People kill each others and other people try to catch the people who other people try to catch. I know way too much now about circumnavigating phenolphthalein and luminol at this point.

Buddy, this show has been off the air for 5 damn years. Whine somewhere else.

Part of the point was no matter how much people planned their crimes there was always things that would happen that they didn't expect.

reply

Um, how is it teaching people how to get away with crimes when it's always showing people getting caught? If anything, it's telling people to STOP committing crimes you dumbo.

reply

I agree with you (mostly), but there are several cases on the show where the person who is convicted says he/she got the idea from an episode of Forensic Files where the person didn't get away with it there, either.

Those people are just stupid and it's a total blessing they ended up caught. See what happens when you try to mimic things on TV? Those people just helped deliver a further message: Don't do what you see on Forensic Files. You WILL get caught. These idiots just thought they could out-do the criminals on this show. But in this day in age where there's all this technology to make it harder to get away with crimes, they are stupid to try to cheat the system. It's like what some one asked in a thread topic, why bother?

When I was in the military, we always had servicemembers who kept getting caught doing the same things over and over again, as if they were going to stumble on a magic solution and they would start getting away with it. I imagine these people are similar in mindset.

Not similar, pretty much the same. People just never learn from others' failures and have to learn the hard way. It kills me when people who do get caught once or more times, continue to do these things. It's like they don't even care and want to get caught. It's rather humorous. 

What I learned is never kill anyone in your house, or any house.
