Why is the original name still being used?

This program is now known as The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer.

Is there some sort of IMDb policy that specifies which title takes precedence?

I guess Jim Lehrer retired or something. I've been watching this program for about a year or so and really enjoy it. I've seen Lehrer on there...I don't know. what do you think of their news hour?
