Just like pretty much everything else that happened in the company in 1999, it was pretty bad. Mankind-Big Show was great, and the main event was a good match, but when the highlight of the event is Shawn Michaels surprising appearance to enforce the law, you know things are bad.

I always prefer the Wrestlemanias over the other PPVs because these events are not staged or scripted and are 100% real
