Can someone please explain to me why this movie is funny?

I watched the first hour of it and didn't laugh once, finally turned it off due to pure boredom.

What is funny and what is not, is purely down to individual tastes. Something makes you laugh, or it doesn't.

I only laughed a few times like with the pranks. I didn't think it was funny overall.
