I agree. At one point, the reporter's source guy mentioned that the mad German scientist had quit using dolphin brains for something else. We didn't get to hear what that was, however we're left with the feeling that it was something even more objectionable.

And here is yet another mad scientist who believes that lives are less important than validating his life's work. Another worn-out, done-to-death, cliché plot device.

The human mind ordinarily operates at ten percent of its capacity — the rest is overhead for the operating system.
