Keyless Encryption

Okay, let's talk about this for a moment. If there truly were keyless encryption, then the receiving end of anything so encrypted could never unencrypt transmission, because a key does not exist. So of what value would that be? It can only be unencrypted if a key DOES exist. Otherwise it is valueless. I can get the same effect by tossing a deck of cards in the air. And when we say keyless, in whose eyes, or according to whose standards do we define keyless? Is it keyless even to GOD? Or just to men on earth?
