Goddess of Fire Goof doesn't count!!!

Ok in the goofs section it says that there is a goof that the Gooddess of Fire is standing up then in the next scene she is standing next to Tony. He is Tripping out of his mind. He could have been seeing anything at that point. Jane drugged him when she made his drink...I don't think this should count as a goof..Maybe its just me.
