Who do we petition to get DVDs released

Is there anyone to write to to ask for this to be released on a DVD box set or picked up again? I don't know if Sci Fi owns it or fox or what.

try going to ioffer.com and looking for it. not that it's official or anything-but you'll still be able to buy the set :]:]
