is this episode from night visions?

i have this story in my head that i BELIEVE is from night visions

it's about a man and his girlfriend driving and they get into a car accident, and everytime he (I THINK) hears the song that was playing when they got into the accident he can go back in time. sort of like the butterfly effect... he can change how the carride went down, all with a different ending to the story. and at the very end, he ends up deaf and he can no longer hear the song and go back in time and is stuck with this bad fate.

is this from night visions??

ALSO.. I have another story from a show like this. in this episode, there was a talent agent that had a "calling". he would be able to tell if a singer or musician had talent, and made them famous. however, everybody he made famous ended up dying before their time. at the end, he hears this talent in his daughter who is a piano player. in an effort to save her life, he has her fish something out of the garbage disposal and turns it on.

That first story you mentioned is not from Night Visions, but the car accident aspect of it is starting point of a NV episode called "If A Tree Falls..." I have no idea what that story (your typed out inquiry) is from.

The 2nd story you asked about is also not a NV story, but I know what it is. It's a story from "Strange Frequency".

The first one is from "Strange Frequency 2":
From IMDb:
"Don't Stop Believin'" Senatorial candidate Ben Stanton (Peter Strauss) is on the brink of losing the election, to the disgust of his ambitious wife (Wendie Malick). Ever since he was involved in a car accident in which his young mistress was killed, he's been trailing in the polls. But listening to the CD she made him of his campaign song suddenly takes him back to the moments before the accident. Maybe this time he can change the course of events.

At least, it sounds as if it could be the other. I agree about the second one, which is, indeed, a segment in "Strange Frequency".
