Provacative?

On W Network's recap of the series, the last sentence says, "His meeting with Peggy Fowler (Rae Dawn Chong), a psychologist who spends her days helping others, but herself scared to believe in miracles, proves an interesting and provocative match." Notice the provacative part. I don't know about you guys, but unless your talking about the possibility (which was never further explored, by the way) of a romance between Peggy nad Declan, I don't see what W Network thinks is provacative. What do you think?

Declan and Peggy did butt heads sometimes so I wonder if that's what they were referring to.

An alternative theory: During the original run they seemed to try to push the Peggy/Declan angle in the first season, but I remember there was this huge fanbase of Declan/Miranda shippers who were very vocal and were probably partially the reason why Miranda became more of a focal point in the second season of the show. So perhaps W Network lifted the description from back in the old days when the networks were trying to sell the Peggy/Declan angle.
