They should have had some sort of Kramer spinoff series or something.
I thought for sure someone would rise to the occasion and pen the script for "Bob Sacamano: Jack of All Trades". Every episode would open with Kramer running into Bob and trying to bum something off of him or asking for his help out of a jam. We would then get a flashback as Bob tells Kramer the story of his latest adventure. The whole spy thing has been done to death, so I think Bob's career should be something like a go-to guy for a mob boss or Hollywood executive.
"Hey Bob, catch the red-eye to Cleveland and bring me back some pierogies."
"Bob, I think my wife is cheating on me with that guy from the Animal Planet. Follow him and see what he's up to."
"Bob, Sony just created a wall-sized flat screen Tv. Go to Japan and bring me one back in time for the Super Bowl."
Of course, none of these tasks can be completed without some comedic problem complicating the already daunting task.
