Which episode..?

Hey guys,
Can anybody tell me the name of the episode where Carter teaches Teddie to talk patronisingly to people who are annoying you? I think it was something whereby Carter says everything the person says back to them in a really patronising manner in order to avoid confrontation. If the person then caught on to what he was doing, then he just gave them the cold shoulder.

That's about all I can remember about that one: either the name of the episode or a synopsis of that episode would be realy appreciated.
