And i have to question whether it is genuine or bootleg, because it is not available anywhere else, and so far as I can tell it never has been.

shareI purchased it because I like the show so much. It is definitely "bootleg" in that it was recorded by someone off the USA network. You can see the USA advertising subtitles during the shows and at the end of the show where they would normally play that neat ending song that I like alot is instead USA's advertisement of one of their forthcoming shows. Also, there was one episode where the sound was completely out of sync with the picture. In the show where Jack Mannion gets carjacked in Los Angeles, there is one segment completely cutout where Jack goes into the Chinese restaurant with his lawyer friend. I am mentioning these things to warn future potential buyers because if I had known what I know now before I bought the set I wouldn't have bought it - I already had my own complete set I recorded myself that was in better shape than what I bought.

Does he and his ex wife Sherry Regan (played by the beautiful Jean Smart who got emmy nom for the District) reconcilled (towards the end of Season 1 they have reconciled but by Season 2 they parted again) and Jacklyn Smith came to the series.Who between the two beautiful women end up with Jack Mannion? (both have initials of JS) :)

The legal warnings and notices we see for about 3 minutes' worth when we watch a legal copy of a DVD collection does say explicitly that it's illegal to copy these shows for profit without the consent of CBS (in this case, here), so aren't these copies illegal?
If they're not, and you seem to regret buying this collection, how about selling it to someone who does NOT have it all on VHS? ;-) I'd be interested...

OF COURSE IT WAS $169.99 THERE, BUT ITS THE ONLY SHOW I LIKE AND I HATE THAT THEY HAVE QUIT TAPING IT
since i still cannot purchase it at the moment could you please tell me who ends up with Jack Mannion- Is is with his ex wife Sherry Regan (played by Jean Smart) or with Jacklyn Smith?I'm from the Phils. and buying it thru online is too expensive for me at the moment and i still have to wait for a relative of mine to come home and purchase it for me.tnx
shareIt was left open ended; in the last ever episode, they both brought other dates (Jack brought Vanessa) to their daughter's wedding but at the very end Jack and Sherry shared a "look" between them and that was how it was left.
