Anyone know the name of the folksong Julie sings in the "make me proud" scene?

"Wayfaring Stranger"

It's actually called "Poor wayfaring stranger". Natalie Merchant did a wonderful cover of this song on her album "The house carpenter's daughter". You should listen to it.

Actually, the huge majority of recordings have listed it simply as "Wayfaring Stranger". I've rarely seen it written otherwise.
