That accent!!!!!!!!

I thought the film, though not a huge disasterm as some suggest, eventhough the action sequences did seem to be a tad (!) overdone, I wish to say that I am amazed at the accent of d'Artagnan! I would never have guessed that a person from Gascony in the 17th century would have the opportunity to visit America and develop such a very strong American accent! No shame to the actor concerned, but I thought it was a very interesting point to make!
