I loved this movie

I thought this movie was amazing. It was the first German movie that I'd ever seen and it was nice to see something other than regular old American movies.

IF this is your first German movie then you are missing out. There are a lot of great titles out there that I highly recomend.

Some examples are Run Lola Run, M, Downfall, Enlightment Guaranteed etc.

Alright, thanks. I'll try them out.

I agree; this movie is so upbeat and fun. I love the visual look and the characters. Just a pleasant movie.

I remember seeing earlier this year.

It wasn't quite how I expected it but I liked it.

It was the first German film I've seen -- beyond those my parents watch on ProSieben and Deutsche Welle -- and I fell in love with it. I actually want to go into advertising, despite its dubious reputation in the film.

I loved Gotz George, and Chulpan Khamatova -- unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to see her in Goodbye Lenin! just yet.

I recommend "The Princess and the Warrior" for an edgy new German film that is more on the angst/disturbing level but features Franka Potente before her "Run Lola, Run" days. :)

My university thankfully offers German film and literature courses, so I happily enjoy taking them and seeing awesome films -- another is Margarethe von Trotta's 1995 "The Promse/Das Versprechen."

There's just something special with European films in general, that are not flashy, "Hollywood" blockbusters. They're _real_.

I absolutely love this movie. I rented it, I now own it and it has become one of the standards to which I compare any other movie.

It has great acting, a very funny plot, unusual characters and the way the story is told is simply genius.

Some things are left untold, leaving viewers think about the story. And above all, the mix between funny and tragic has rarely been achieved so well.

A definite must for me. What's up with that loosy rating on IMDB?

Check out "The Edukator's" too.....

I laughed my head off at Victor....these days, very few comedies make me do so....

Just because I don't like violence doesn't mean I'm not good at it.
