the bald guy

Hey guys, Throughout the film I was really wondering who the actor was who played the bald gangster (the one who is discussing the rapescene in 'deliverance'. This guy kind of looks like and VERY MUCH talkes like John Torturro. Could this be a family member? Or just his stand in? ;)

Does anyone know what the name is of this actor?
