The Trailer

I rented the movie Startup.com and before the video started there were a few trailers one of which was for the movie Frozen in Fear. Near the beginning of the trailer you get your usual stuff about people going up into the woods and getting scared when they're about to open the door. What I thought was wierd though was you can see a bit of nudity near the begining of the trailer, and then you get some full frontal nudity on the screen at some times. Is it just me or is that wrong to have nudity in a trailer (and aren't all trailers supposed to have the "this preview has been rated acceptable for all audiences")?
