Tape-over

I picked up this movie on VHS tape for a buck and soon 2 CSI episodes will be occupying the tape. I was hoping for some escapism entertainment capped by hottie Catherine Oxenberg and the fine acting by Rod Steiger. This may or may not be a fine movie, I was totally bored and disinterested. I searched the Director's name to make sure I never waste my time with this Director, but she or he (I didn't checked the gender) really hasn't done much.

Tip for all new Directors, make something people will enjoy watching first, then do the artsy-fartsy thing when you have been established.

I think I got the same DVD mikebourkefan got. So far I've seen the first two movies... This one & "Dead of Winter." "Dead of Winter" sucked pretty hard... Maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges, but this film... While it's not great, compared to the previous movie I watched... This film was not bad! The film isn't something I'd recommend to anyone, but I didn't feel like I wasted my time watching it. It kept me entertained... Was never bored... Can't say that about too many movies that come on budget collections.

Trust me,

It's a 15 year old made for TV movie. No it won't win any awards, but it has some talent in it. If you paid a buck, then you got a deal. I got this as a gift. 2 disc DVD set with 6 other movies, I think, for about $5. Some good, some bad. But that's how Echo Bridge mixes them in.
