Chamberlain Version is Better

I loved the Richard Chamberlain version growing up. It is closer to the book and a very complete cast. This one had potential to be great but after the escape it went off in this odd action movie twist which didn't work for me.

Now years later you don't hear anyone bring this version up at all. It is too bad because it is one of Richard Harris's last performances and he was excellent in it.

Wait, what? Anyway I don't remember it necessarily being BETTER than the 2002 version but it definitely is closer to the book.

edit- Oh wait, you're talking about Harris in THIS version. I though you meant the Chamberlain version for some reason.

Harris was in the 2002 version with Jim Caviezel.

I saw Chamberlain's version before this years prior but I still prefer this version. I love this 2002 btw.
