Whats with all the name changes?

I forgot I owned this movie and found it so I decided to watch it again today.I always liked how the movie had a different feel to it and I think overall its a decent movie.
I decided to look it on on here and was surprised when the only Fart the movie was the one from the early nineties that I haven't seen. It took me longer than it should of to figure out it was listed with a different name.
I wonder what the deal was?
