Out-takes

Having seen the out-takes on the DVD I think it is a shame that most (not all) of them were not included as they would have clarified and deepened some points.

To the objection that this would have added another 15 minutes to an already long movie, I think that 15 minutes could have been saved by sharper editing, especially in the weaker "Ritchie" segment.
