Its not Robin Borovic, I think she is the bus station girl. It may be Teresa, the chick from those TLC shows, but who knows.

Multiple people have mentioned Strasser but whoever it was sure looked like they had Ds and none of the pictures I've seen of Strasser look like she has Ds

Alternatively, who is the woman that Joe asks "show me dem boobies!" when he's got the crapper tank strapped to his back? She is another stunner.

It's weird that this movie would have so many uncredited beautiful women.
