"You don't have a choice THIS time, Arthur"

When Cyrus said that to Arthur at the end, that gave me a theory: did Cyrus perhaps start the fire that killed Jean? We know Cyrus captured her ghost shortly after she died,but perhaps Cyrus started the fire, hoping Arthur would die too trying to save her, that way he'd have had both the Withered Lover and Pure Heart ghosts at the same time? Perhaps that's why he told Arthur he wouldn't have a choice this time around, because he didn't die in the fire the way Cyrus had hoped. What do you guys think?
