Why didn't Angry Princess attack Kathy in the bathroom?

That was the only scene I liked in this movie. You got this weird hot dead ghost chick who's sort of reliving the comforts of life thru this other hot chick, and they're sort of bonding in this creepy way. That scene was creepier than anything else in the movie and it showed a complexity to the spirits that they wern't just killing machines.

Totally agree - I saw this movie years ago and that's the one scene that's really stuck in my head. Forget the other ghosts - She should get a spin-off movie!

Hear, hear. Angry Princess was a goddess.

Well, she was about to stab Cathy right before the dad came in. She lifted her knife, looked as though she was about to lunge and then dad interrupted.

please...you just wanna see her boobs.

reply

Uh, hello? Are you forgetting that we did see her (prosthetic) boobs?

Anyway, if she ever does get her own movie, they should make the plot be about her stalking & boinking other (living) girls.

I always liked that scene. Angry Princess seems kind of wistful and jealous at the same time. Although Kathy seems to be enjoying the water waaay too much. Did they not have water at their old place, lol?

She was about to but Arthur walked in.

It seemed to me that none of the ghosts attacked anyone unless they could see the ghosts with the special glasses.

Initially, she seemed curious - watching her - but eventually she would have done away with the girl. I think out of them all she was the saddest ghost (with the exception of #13). She did not seem like she enjoyed the violence and killing but was compelled to do it nevertheless.

This is an excellent thread, because I always had this question too. The Angry Princess was right behind Kathy, when they were both looking at their reflections in the mirror but she didn't attack then & there. All of the others would have. Plus the tub scene is confusing to me.

When the water was running, you see the Angry Princess look at Kathy, then the running water, then back at Kathy. We see the water staring to turn into blood which Kathy didn't notice of course. Then the Angry Princess reacted. She lurched forward to grab the faucet? Kathy? But I'm not sure what her motivations were. Did she do so to spare Kathy from unknowingly being bathed in blood? Or was she being possessive & wanted it for herself? This scene to me is a big ? mark.

I thought AP was killed in a tub, suicide? The scenes with the bloody water is her remembering.

THIS!

I agree that the only visual and tactile interaction could only be made if you could see what was happening. Even if you saw the ghost's intent, and lost the glasses, the harm would still come as you are psychologically primed for it.

I think she was trying to seduce her into sex.

reply

Just watched it and I think she was trying to keep the bath all to herself. The ghost was not trying to kill the girl I could tell you that
