ever shown on british tv?

I didn't realise that a third series had been produced. As a big fan of the books and the first two adaptations, I'm amazed I never knew about this.
Does anyone know if it was screened in the UK? Channel 4 had the first two, do they have the rights for this one, any plans to show it?

I just got a few snippets of the end of it on Showtime (a movie channel in the US). There was a lot of discussion about Guyana and Jim Jones. Does Maupin talk about Jonestown in any of his books. If he does, would you tell me the title? Thanks!

To answer both questions,

1. I believe Showtime, in conjunction with Channel 4, produced installments 2 and 3 and owns the rights. All 3 series are available for rental.

2. Book 3- Further Tales of the City discusses the Jim Jones plotline. It's a little farfetched, but still entertaining. I just finished reading the books, and am looking forward to watching the movies. Laura Linney is a great actress.
