Butterfaces?

I thought the central female character, as well as at least one of the boys' girlfriends (the one who claimed to have lost her passport), had nice bodies but fairly unattractive faces (although from certain angles the main character looked kind of attractive at times). Was this how other people saw it? Is this how the filmmaker intended the audience to see it or is it just me? It kind of impacts a bit on how to interpret the film to some degree.

she could have been more pretty & feminine...she lacked something in her face...can't place it exactly, bc she wasn't ugly or completely unattractive. hmmm.

Could have been the teeth. That woman could eat an apple through a picket fence.
