Rémi Girard

I love the guy, one of Québec's best actors, but I found he was totally miscast as collaborator Vichy French colonel Joubert : he spoke English with a slight French-Canadian accent, not at all a French accent. In other words, his English was too good! Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting a Pepe La Pew accent, but there's no way a French military man would have that kind of accent in 1941. I know Rémi's capable of much better.

But of course, this movie being filmed in Montreal meant roles for some of Québec's best actors, so he had to be on it.
