horrendous

Possibly the worst film i have ever seen. I think it is trying to be arty, but just comes across as pretentious (the absolutely unnecessary animation, the 'ambient' soundtrack, the 'decadent' locations). The writing is so bad, the intended comedy value of it non-existent. The acting is terrible and even usually wonderful Marisa Tomei struggles to do anything with the script and direction given to her. Complete waste of time.
