Well, perhaps not for free and depending on your location, but definitely worthy of a theatrical 15th anniversary re-release in either dubbed and subbed:

I'm dragging as many like-minded peers, kicking and screaming, as possible.

Sure, you could buy the DVD/Blu-ray or even D/L or torrent it, somehow.
However, for the immersive experience alone, this is absolutely worthy of the price of admission.
