This made me cry too! I cried a lot because the movie did do a great job of portraying real teenage emotions. I have felt like Jamie all the time. The scene where she ripped up her drawings really made me cry, it was touching and sad. I cried during another scene too after this one but I don't remember which. I don't think it was the one where Adam was in the hospital though even though it's sad that wasn't it. But yea this movie made me cry more than a lot of movies. It's probably my top one actually just because it touches on things we feel. I don't think it's the best movie ever (I think the second half is better than the first) but I think it was a really well made Disney DCOM that really portrayed emotions. I bet a lot of teenagers can connect to Jamie's feelings in one way or another (I'm not an only child, but both my brothers are in college so I feel pressured in other ways than Jamie like to live up to what my brothers did in high school and stuff but I don't really give into it as much as her and allow it to control my life; it'd be a whole nother topic to get into how I related to the movie lol). Well sorry for the long post, I tend to ramble a lot, and if you look on other pages I've posted on you'll see most the time I can't just type a sentence.

I agree with most of what you guys said. The movie showed a teenager's feelings so well, I wish the movie was played more often

you put extra sugar on your cereal this morning, didn't you?
yes, and now the room is spinning.

reply

wow, thats pretty sad that you guys cried over this movie...
the only 'sad' part of this movie is when the baby is in the hospital. i mean, i cry easily, but wtf?

HI :]

the only part that made me cry was the 10 minutes i wasted watching it.

I haven't watched this movie for years, and despite the fact that I didn't cry, I was still impressed by that scene. Despite the fact it's a DCOM, they worked it up to that one breaking point, and you really GOT what Jamie felt; her frustration, disappointment, and possible resentment towards the quints.

wow i did to
