Merlin – best sorcerer/wizard ever, use him to cast spells on the vampires.

Sunfire - shines the powers of the sun at the vampires, just put him in their nest and just kill them all at once

Shadowcat – Phase through stuff, make herself intangible. Good way to bait the vampires into traps and have her enter a vampire nest to put in a UV light.

Wolverine - he can survive the most punishment and also with his adamantium claws he can rip through vampires like butter. Also with his rapid healing abilities he can never be infected by vampire venom and turned.

Batman - intelligent, bad ass and also wealthy. He will definitely be the one who funds the team and also carries out research in how to hunt and kill most of these dreaded creatures.

Green Lantern - use power of his ring to put all vampires to dust and also throw them to the sun

The Flash (Barry Allen) - fast, tactical and definitely a good team player. Best and fastest way to get things from one place to another will be by him or get things done the quickest.

Spot (Marvel Comics) – able to create portals so people can be teleported to safety and also have vampires teleported into the middle of the Sahara dessert where they will be toasted straight way.
