is there any frontal nudity in this movie?

I saw it on cable today. There's a brief glimpse of Johnny Rebel's member when he's about to be fluffed. Whether or not it's real , it's huge.

It's real, but it's not Gurney.

They used a stand-in for the frontal shot, which can only be seen in the Unrated version.
