Am I

The only person who liked the accents some of the actors were faking?
I especially liked Haley Joel Osment's, It was a nice change, I guess.

"I'll see you." "Not if I see you first."

You're not the only one - I found them very convincing *especially* from such young actors.

I didn't have a problem with them either.

Not to say that I didn't like them, but I think it was a bit overdone...
I understand that the actors were kids, and depending on their age, they did a great job. Still, I think it was the Director's fault... He should have had a bit more control over this aspect. (He actually could have had more control over the whole movie, but anyway)
Really enjoyed it!!!

They were pretty good considering their ages... but in the back of my mind, I couldn't help but think "FAKE!".

Reminds me of "The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas", where all Nazis had English accents. I can't really pick whether natural or fake accents are better for either movie.

WRONG! My Significant Other is a Polish National and these "fake accents" were spot on. At the beginning of the film I though I cannot believe how accurate they are. I spend a lot of time with Polish 1st/English 2nd speakers so I know this. More so I have been to Poland. Check out the credits ... almost everyone associated with the film is Polish.
