That sounds like a line that'd be from Archer. Man, come to think of it, Otto rocket is basically an child version of Sterling Archer. Only he does extreme sports instead of espionage.
shareOtto was never my favorite. Now watching the show again all these years later, I can really notice when an egotistical, stuck up, d!ck that Otto character was. He could be a real pr!ck, in my opinion.
