How do you translate Uzumaki?
I have a suspicion that it means spiral, vortext or something similar, but i just want to make sure; does anyone know?

shareSo far, those are the translations I can find. So spiral or vortex would be correct.
shareYeah, Uzumaki means spiral.
shareUzumaki refers more to a tri-dimensional spiral, like a whirpool or vortex =) a more accurate translation for spiral would be 'Rasen'.
Speaking about translations, does anyone know what does "hito maimai" mean? That's how they called the giant snails, if someone can't recall well.
hitomaimai (人舞舞) means human snail
